The lots range from 7500 to 12000 sq ft in various configurations. Most are around 10000 sq ft.

There are no building timeframe restrictions. If you choose to RV on your lot forever you are free to do so. Two permanent living quarters per lot are allowed with multiple extras on a temporary basis, bring your friends out any time with their RVs in tow.
