UP TO 2 DWELLINGS ON ONE LOT
You are allowed to have 2 dwellings on your lot. So 2 families can be listed on a deed and title and each can have separate sleeping quarters on the one lot - ie: 2 cottages or 2 RV trailers or one of each on one lake lot.
NO TIMELINE TO START BUILDING
There is no timeline to start building. Take as long as you wish to begin building or moving your ready-built dream lake home onto your lake lot. Once you commit and start to build, you'll have 18-months to finish the exterior construction of your lake home.
The Condo Corporation’s board governs the various aspects of the community, which directly impact the residents. The board is made up of elected members from among the residents at an AGM each May long weekend. The Condo board also acts as the liaison between lot owners and the developer.
